This is my remix of Cyndi Lauper's Cover of " If You Go Away " from her excellent album "At Last". This is a classic song that has been recorded by the likes of: Marlene Dietrich,Nina Simone,Dusty Springfield,Shirley Bassey,Glen Campbell,Tom Jones,Frank Sinatra,Neil Diamond,Ray Charles,Helen Merrill,Julio Iglesias,Shirley Horn,Madonna,Belinda Carlisle,Barbra Streisand,Marc Almond,Eartha Kitt, and Emilíana Torrini. I chose to do a remix that better illustrates the musical and emotional clash between verse and chorus. Enjoy! This is my own artistic interpretation. I do not own the rights to the original material.
